BBT, am I doing this wrong?
Sorry if this sounds idiotic but...when I was first told about using bbt to track ovulation I was told I needed to take my temperature vaginally, but when I see it talked about in videos and shows they always show/talk about them taking the temps orally. So which way am I supposed to be doing this???
