Why is it that when you become pregnant all of a sudden its hard to go further & brush the back of your tongue 😭 I gag so easily now & majority of the time I throw up when I do so

It’s normal. It happens because one of the hormones that increases in our bodies during pregnancy, also loosens the ligaments in our body, making it super easy to gag.

Yes and after two kids I gag more easily still 2.5 years later.

I had a terrible gag reflex my first two pregnancies. My third has been nothing noticeable.  So weird

Unfortunately it’s normal 😢 I had it my entire first pregnancy I would actually get sick. This pregnancy it has come and gone.
