Is it safe to take a pregnacare tablet and a folic acid tablet everyday. There is 400mg in pregnacare and 400mg in folic acid too

Do you know that folic acid is in food, right? If wou eat a well-balanced diet, you already be hitting 600mg without any supplementing. Even if your diet isn't the best, I would probably stop taking the folic acid supplement.

It says at least 600 so if you're taking 800 that seems to meet the criteria. In saying that i stopped taking my vitamins around 12 weeks and never took folic acid 🤷
