Possible twins at 7 week ultrasound

Hi, my husband and I have been ttc since 2019. Unfortunately we've only had miscarriages. In 2019 we had a partial molar pregnancy which lead to a DnC. Two more miscarriages in 2020 and one a few months ago. This pregnancy has been going very well thank God!!! They have me on a progesterone suppository this time around. Lots of morning sickness since week 4 and very sore boobs, I love it!!! We went in for an ultrasound yesterday and she very clearly saw one baby with a heartbeat!!!! However as she was looking around she clearly saw something else and called another Dr. In for a second opinion she saw it as well. It might be another baby but they couldn't get a good look so I go back in on Monday for another ultrasound. Has anyone else experienced this??? It's going to be a long weekend, lol.
