Painful Smegma!

Hey guys! I'm only 15 & I have smegma build up between the folds of my vagina, mainly around my clitoris. I don't really know the parts down there because my vagina is irritated, a little swelled, and red because of this build up. I'm unable to remove all of the build up because it's painful to put my finger against it & try to scrape it. Can someone help me please? It's really ruining my self-esteem. It looks and smells bad.
