How often do you breast feed?

I feel like my baby wants to eat like 2 hours after taking him off the boob. He’ll eat for about 20 minutes each boob. Just wondering if it’s normal for him to want to eat so often. Like is he getting enough milk?

This may be frowned upon but I let him sleep on the boob through out most of the night. He gets real fussy unless he’s feeding. I think he does that for comfort though
