My LO moves so much in her sleep and wakes

My girl is 12 weeks what can I use to help her not move so much in her sleep.

You could either swaddle her or put her in a sleep sack, that way she can’t move as much

If she isn’t rolling yet you can try swaddling. My 14 week old loved it but now is transitioning into a sleep sack so that can be an option as well! They have these weighted sleep sacks I haven’t personally used one but it may help.

If she is in a bassinet, you can roll up a little receiving blanket or pillow case and prop up the mattress on the sides from the bottom.
