What is it? Nub? Leg?

So we do NOT want to know the gender until birth. Had my ultrasound and freaked out thinking dr showed us a boy part… he said it’s not the gender (this is 13+3) I figured it’s probably nub theory which I think would be a girl based on the angle (obviously not full proof) but also now that I look at it I think it’s part of the other leg. What do you think? Also if you did nub theory was it accurate? If this is a nub I think it looks pretty obviously girl which kinda sucks since we didn’t want to know…
