Low Libido

Hey, Girls!

I’ve been struggling lately and I was hoping someone out there might have a similar experience or some advice. I’ve been taking the Nuvaring birth control and Spironolactone (testosterone blocker) for acne for over a year now and I’ve noticed any sort of sex drive I did have is almost completely gone. I’ve read that testosterone is what really gives you your libido but that’s the hormone that really messes up my acne. I just want to know if anyone else has felt this and what you can do to combat low libido. I hate having no sex drive at all and it’s starting to feel like it’s interfering with my relationship. Any advice? Thank you❤️
