Nose stuffy?????

Is anyone nose always stuffy, this is so annoying 😕

I had the same problem my first pregnancy and I read that it's normal because the blood vessels in your nose expand. Who would of thought? It was extremely annoying though! I feel your pain! ❤

Yep, the entire pregnancy. It also doesn't help that I can't take my allergy meds while pregnant 😫

Use a Neti pot! My dad got everyone sick over thanksgiving and it saved my life!!

Oh yeah mines started at 28 weeks . I got a humidifier for my throat . For congestion try a  neti pot which is natural or saline drops. Be consistent with it . Works for me
