Cramps swelling & aching knawing pain!

Good evening everyone have had severe pain all day with swelling and some discomfort in my legs. I was wondering if the baby is too heavy need to go to the doctor. By the way I was born with Polio and deformity in my legs and feet had to wear braces. From my waist down to my feet God healed me had a Polio vaccination last year and all my other immunization updates like tetnus and the normal one ever so many years for women considering childbirth.
