6 month old sleep and feeding

So my little one is EBF. We’ve been through the hell of leap 4 and the real awful part of the sleep regression but I feel like we’re not in the best position for 6 months - she still feed every 2 hours, she had dropped to 2 night feeds one at 3/4 and one at 5.30 but now we’re back up to 3 as she’s added back the 11.30-12 one. She only cat naps 45 min every nap time.

Blackout blinds

A mini bed routine

White noise

I don’t feed to sleep

I rock her until she’s drifting and place her down

At night she’ll wake and get herself back off to sleep but she never does this in the day.

Am I getting this all wrong!!
