Unsure?

I know this isn’t a faint line but I need yalls input. Okay, I took my last provera pill last Wednesday and always like clock work I start by the third day after the last pill is taken. A week before I had taken a pregnancy test and it showed positive. Now every test after was negative and the urine test at my PCD was also negative. If I don’t start by this Wednesday I’ll call my OBGYN but until then I’m not test sure with what is going on. has anyone ever experienced this? Any information will be welcome. Thanks!

For reference this what the picture of the test. Yes, it was taken in time frame but again. Ever test I’ve taken since has been negative. Provera ALWAYS makes my period started on the third day from when I took the last pill. I have not started.
