Early ovulation?

I'm trying to track ovulation this is my second month trying this round. It took me a year to get pregnant at all and long story short 3 years to have my rainbow boy last time I was ttc. When I had him I only bd once when the app said I'm fertile but a few times the week after AF ended, and I got a blazing positive hpt at "8dpo" according to app. This time I started opks right after AF ended and today is only cd 7 and I'm close to a positive opk.. I think.

Is it possible to ovulate around cycle day 9-10ish?
