Prenatal - to take or not to take?

Are you taking prenatal vitamins? My doctor recommended Vitafol.. any one taking/ took them?

Only would take one with folate in NOT folic acid. It’s toxic to up to 60% of the population and I can’t believe it’s still in these supplements

Take one that is food based, won’t give you and upset stomach and your body will absorb it better.

Yes, I take prenatal vitamins that are particularly helpful for PCOS in addition to Myo-inositol to help reduce my risk of gestational diabetes (and I do not have GD so yay!). 
Since I’ve had morning sickness throughout my pregnancy (currently 28 weeks) my diet is definitely lacking and taking the Prenatals has been helpful for me to make sure baby is getting what he needs.

Vitafol gave me stomach aches so I had to take with my dinner (also made me nauseous during the day even I took it in the morning). After a while I switched to the pregmate mini
