Halo top ice cream!!!

My dietician told me for one of my 30 gram snacks I can have a cup of halo top ice cream sometimes when I crave sweets and I just tried it for the first time and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS!!! ONE CUP IS ACTUALLY QUITE A BIT !!! AMD I HAD THR CHOCOLATE HALO TOP AND WOW IT TASTES AMAZING!!! I recommend as a treat if you have gd .. also another good snack that has only 13 grams is chocolate milk by fair life ! Delicious 😋 and you can still have something else to meet the 30 gram
