Milk production

I don’t want to breast feed or pump , My milk just came in and breasts are sore to the touch. They hurt so much and hard. I even tried to pump one breast to relief the pain & nothing came out. I’m over it I’m done I just want to dry up like my original plan. What can I do? I already applied cold compress & wearing a supportive bra. One of them is leaking milk just sore the other is stiffer and harder and hurts I tried pumping but nothing came
