Advice please

So I went for the 20 week scan and did the anatomy check up everything was fine and then she said she wasn’t sure but she might see a heart abnormality, I automatically feared the worse I have to go to Dublin’s maternity hospital on Monday which makes me more nervous. is anyone going through the same or has been can u give me advice? Or what to be prepared for or at least how to calm down I have cried almost every day since they told me last week and I can’t help it, I feel like I can’t celebrate having a baby or tell anyone
