I had an ectopic pregnancy years ago, and since then have had 2 successful pregnancies. I just found out a few days ago that I’m pregnant again and am about 4 weeks 3 days it says based off my period. I don’t have an ultrasound until 10.5 weeks so I’m paying for an elective one at 6 weeks to check on baby. I’ve been having some cramping on and off for the last couple days (almost like period cramps but no period and not as strong). Is this normal? I read on implantation but wouldn’t that have already occurred since I’ve gotten many positive tests?
