Is this a new pregnancy ?

So I had an ectopic pregnancy in April/May of this year. I got two shots of methotrexate to end the pregnancy and my levels were dropping dramatically. Well recently I’ve been feeling really tired and just not myself so I took a pregnancy test today. It’s positive, could this be left over HCG? Or could I be pregnant again? I’m obviously going to schedule a doctors appt ASAP but my OB said that it would take about a month-ish to get my levels down so I’m confused.

Edit: I also stopped bleeding about a month ago, not sure if that is helpful info too.
