This is starting to make me so emotional because of the lack of sleep.. My 1 year old has never been a great sleeper, he wakes between 2-5 times since he was born, so I nurse him and put him back to sleep.

But this past month has been hell. He wakes up about 3-5 times, but for one of these wake ups he won’t sleep again for another 3 hours. My husband and I take turns rocking him, we get so frustrated and I almost want to cry because I lose so much sleep. Does anyone have any advice or tips. He is 1, I don’t know why he’s still waking so frequently and is awake for such extended hours. I’m beginning to lose my sanity.
