I’m 39+1 today and had some pretty good cramping last night that lasted about an hour from 12am-1am. I was trying to time them but it’s was almost constant so it was hard to feel when one stopped and the next started. If I was feeling them right they were an average of 2 min long and 2 min apart. Does anyone think these could’ve been contractions? Or just cramps. I’m a ftm and haven’t felt true labor contractions yet…unless it was that. It was uncomfortable enough to get me up for the hour but mild enough to not make me go to l&d. I hadn’t had any cramping at all for the rest of the night and I was able to go back to sleep. I have a dr appt this morning in like an hour so I’ll tell him too.
