Navigating grief

My dad has just passed away from terminal cancer today 11 weeks shy of my due date for my first child, a little boy.

There’s a lot to get through over the coming weeks including funeral and my grief surrounding this. Navigating the final weeks before our baby is born as well. Little bit to take in.

I’m beyond sad that he never got to cuddle his grandson, something he repeatedly told me in his final days he wanted to do.

Navigating grief like this and having a baby is something I’ve never encountered before. Looking for some advice from any woman that have been through this.
