Bleeding and cramps - 5w

Tthis is my second pregnancy, first I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks, but with this one I’m currently 5weeks and have had some pink/red blood, and a tiny brown but only on my tissue paper not in pants or wee, but I have had cramps for 24hrs (like period pain)

Saw my GP today, they’re not going to scan and they aren’t going to take bloods, they said my tummy feels fine and the inside of my vagina feels fine, the symptoms are apparently normal?!

I have booked a private early scan for 7 weeks but just so worried I won’t even make it there…

Anyone had something similar?!?? ♥️♥️
