Yes or no to IUI?!

I’ve been trying to conceive for over a year now and in June started seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. I went through a full work up (labs, hsg, and hysteroscopy). Everything came back good except my prolactin levels which were 47 then the second time tested in the 60s. I’ve been prescribed cabergoline and have an MRI Friday.

My doctor has encouraged I go ahead and start IUI. Should I immediately try IUI next cycle or wait and give my body a chance to get pregnant naturally once the cabergoline kicks in? I’d like to get pregnant naturally, but also am so ready and not sure how long it will take even with the cabergoline.. thoughts??
