Tired of this POS

My bf and I have gotten to many fights and the recent fight I got into with him he said he was going to stop and change yea right . He likes to drink and when he drinks he doesn’t know how to stop. He doesn’t drink every day mostly weekends. I have work today from 1:15pm-8pm pretty much all day and he was suppose to be watching out 2 year old daughter. Well he sleeps all day when he’s hungover now I can’t even trust my own boyfriend/baby daddy to watch his own daughter he knows I have work and on top of this he left our house and is not answering my phone calls and out with his friend it makes me so angry. He will never change and I am just realizing it he can keep saying I don’t want to lose you etc but it just seem like it won’t change
