Morning Headaches 😣
Hey ladies!! I wanted to ask if anyone has suggestions for headaches? Almost every morning for the last couple of weeks I wake up with really bad headaches. No blurry vision, or seeing spots, just like a pulsing head throbbing headache. Even worse if I have a nightmare and wake up in the middle of the night (also weird to me). Any advice?? Anyone else dealing with this or something similar??
