Trying to conceive

So I have been trying to conceive for only two months and I’m trying to not let it get to my head. But it’s so hard not to. Everyone I know literally got pregnant the first month of trying. I know it can take a healthy couple about a year to conceive but it makes it hard when everyone around me is pregnant and they keep asking me when it’s my turn. Anyone on the same boat?
