Pregnancy after MVA/miscarriage?

I recently had a miscarriage where my hcg levels didn’t lower appropriately, they actually began rising again. So I had an MVA. It is similar to a d&c but done under local anesthesia and using a vacuum. When I google, I can mostly only find information about abortions using MVA.

I have heard of people being more fertile after a miscarriage and d&c so I was wondering if anyone got pregnant successfully after a miscarriage and MVA or just any thoughts on the situation in general. Thanks!
