Help!!! Workout to build glutes

So I really need some recommendations on how to grow my glutes and get rid of my love handles. I recently started at the gym and over all I have a very healthy clean diet. I see so many mixed messages on how to grow glutes. I’m super insecure about my body but especially my butt. I have love handles and then hip dips which are even more pronounced because of my love handles. I really want a big butt. What workouts should I be doing reps and weight for those of you that have had success growing glutes. Please help I’m desperate. Here is my current situation it’s so embarrassing 😳
