Best time for nursery??

When did you mama’s start getting the nursery together? I don’t want to start to early, but at the same time I don’t want to wait until the last minute😬 first time mom here!
I’ll be 23 weeks on Tuesday, and I was told I will most likely have my baby at 38 weeks.

What’s too early? Like you’re pregnant, there’s a baby coming. Do the nursery whenever you want.

I was as ready at 22 weeks as I am now at 36 weeks. Other than everything is washed and set up now lol. No such thing as too early in my opinion

Hi! I’m a planner but also don’t want to “jinx” anything.. we bought our furniture last week and it should be delivered Monday. I’ll be 27 weeks pregnant.. BUT I’ve been thinking about what the nursery would be since like 13weeks.. FTM & dad here 🥰congrats and good luck!

I plan on doing one about when he turnes 1. Until then, he doesn't need a room, he will be in ours and it is much easier to have his clothes etc in ours in a dresser also, i would not like to go to other room getting things i need...

We started it when I was 11 weeks. But, mind you we were having to paint the walls, take the popcorn ceiling off, and paint the ceiling before we were even getting furniture lol. But, it’s been complete since I was 18 weeks. I’m 20 weeks and 2 days now. I think it’s just ultimately up to the individual. I am a huge planner personally and I like to be organized and ready way ahead of time, that way all I have to worry about is having our son lol. But, I don’t think there’s really such a thing as too early when it comes to getting a nursery together.

I’m 27 weeks, we have everything just need to paint it first. I’m hoping that my bf will do it today, tomorrow or next weekend so that we can start putting the furniture together

You can also reach out to your areas education birth-3 services. Ours is called the ISD in my county in Michigan and they can send people to evaluate. But I don't think your child has autism.. but a second opinion couldn't hurt
