Since our second date, my boyfriend has been VERY attentive in the bedroom. Which was something admittedly I wasn't used to, prior to him while I've had a boyfriend here or there who would I can count quite literally on one hand how often I've had boyfriends who went down on me frequently. It was to the point I not only was concerned maybe something was off down there but it started to make me extremely self conscious (which didn't help my body dysmorphia in the slightest). 
My boyfriend now however, I swear sometimes wants to go down on me, more than I want it. 😂 I think it honestly just depends, I think there are genuinely guys out there who love it just like there are women out there who love giving blow jobs; but I think there are also men out there who aren't into it just like there are women out there who aren't into giving blow jobs, and then of course you have your partners who are just genuinely lazy and only care about their own gratification. 
I think it really just depends on your partner, admittedly I'm bisexual and I've been with women who are just as bad at being attentive to it as men can be and I've heard from guy friends about vice versa situations. I think it honestly just depends on the partner and the situation, if it's something that is seriously impacting you, I would honestly sit down and talk to your partner about it. Like my partner and I had to do a reverse of this situation because he was doing it to much for me to handle, and it got to a point where due to a lack of communication he was worried that he was doing something wrong and wanted to fix it because he wanted to ensure I was getting the most out of our bedroom life, so I would sit down and talk to your partner and be upfront about how his lack of care makes you feel.

No, I don't exactly like being eaten out (personal reasons). My hubby respects that and I'm so thankful. I do get in moods when sometimes I want it and he will then, but he never presses it. He doesn't like going down on people anyways, tells me I'm the only one he's ever actually enjoyed going down on cause the smell and taste of me excites him lol 😅 but he still respects I don't exactly like it.
