Cramping week after fertile week

I had cramping yesterday being cycle day 19, my fertile week was lastweek Thursday neing the hight, had EWCM lastweek, what was cramping yesterday? Sm i ovulating alot later than what i think? I dont use ovulation kits or anything, just check CM
