Nipple piercings

Heyy! I’m thinking about getting my nipples pierced. If anyone has gotten them done, pls tell me if it’s really worth it. I’d just like to know how bad the pain truly is, how long it took to heal, were there any infections? Pros, cons. And finally, do you recommend it? Also, if anyone has inverted nipples … did the piercings help get the nipple to protrude all the time or not?
