Carsickness!

Does anyone have any tricks to help a toddler who gets car sick?

My 2-1/2-year-old started getting car sick last fall most times we’d drive longer than 30 minutes. We didn’t really go far all winter due to lockdown in our area so it wasn’t much of a problem until spring. I tried moving him forward facing, thinking that would help, and it did at first but he started up again shortly after. We have a little family trip coming up next week so I bought some gravol for the drive and just ordered some children’s sea bands. Anything else I haven’t thought of that might work?? TIA!
