Hello everyone, I am currently very early in my pregnancy - about 4 weeks. And i don’t necessarily feel pregnant. I don’t have many symptoms, my back is aching and i do sometimes feel nauseous, and some mild heartburn. About what time did you all start experiencing symptoms that proved to you that you were pregnant? I’m so very worried of losing it ( this is my first pregnancy, praise god i don’t have any problems, i’m just very anxious ) so i’m scared that no symptoms mean no pregnancy. I find myself thinking all of these symptoms are just coincidences, because they aren’t very strong.
