Pregnancy cramps
Hey girls ,
I’m in my early stages of pregnancy maybe 3-4 weeks and I’ve been getting cramping pain it in my stomach and down below and also bad in my upper tummy . Any suggestions on what it could be ? I’m going to the doctors tomorrow for a check up
