Could this really be!?!

My husband and I have been trying for almost 6 years. We have done IVF 10 times in the past and all have failed with 0 units of HCG with the blood test except for the last time... it was positive but only 10 units and never got higher than that. Sure as heck never got even the faintest of lines on a pee stick... but what do you think? Am I seeing things this time because I am so hopeful!? This is not an "early" test.. It is the generic ones that comes with the ovulation predictor kits...
