Sex after having a hematoma

I was told around 6 weeks to go on pelvic rest due to having a hematoma. Well we just had our 10w scan and the clot is more then half the size it was and my doctor wasn't concerned at all with my Rainbow due to its growing perfectly. So my hubby and I finally got to be intimate last night and man was it intense. But I still find myself nervous about my rainbow baby... they said my next scan wouldn't be for another 8-10 weeks...that seems wayy to stretched out for me after having a previous loss at 10weeks and having a fairly large clot early on. I know my Rainbow baby is very healthy compared to my Angel because my scans looks completely different. But I can't help but worry about every move I make.
