Anyone have the Paraguard or Mirena? 
A nurse told me I should not have any side effects. (Weight gain, mood swings, weight gain) I have 2 babies back to back and don’t want anymore for awhile. We were going to use condoms but the first time we decide to have sex the condom breaks. 🙄 So now I want a more safer option.

I loved the paraguard but my periods were a little heavier. No weight gain or mood swings though.

I had Mirena. It stopped my periods and I had no other side effects.  It's the best birth control I've tried and I've used the pill, shot, and nuvaring also.

I love my paragard. The first 6 months my periods were a lot heavier and more painful, but after those 6 months it started to go back to normal. I’ve had it almost 2 years now and my periods are maybe a day longer with one super heavy day but that’s it—worth it to me.

I had skyla which believe is just a smaller version. It was awful, crazy mood swings and constant cramps that became debilitating while on my period. I got it out after 3 months.

I had Mirena and the side effects were so bad I pulled it out myself.
