Lack of Symptoms

Do any other mamas feel like they don’t have “enough” symptoms? My husband and I have been TTC for a little over two years and found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago. I’m currently 7 1/2 weeks and go for my first ultrasound tomorrow. While I am so excited I’m equally scared… mostly due to the lack of symptoms. I’ve gotten nauseous a couple of times but not gotten sick from it but other than that I only have heartburn and everything smells and tastes terrible.
