I really don't want to get my cervix checked. I just don't feel like the information is worth it to me for the discomfort they cause me and honestly they are quite triggering to me. I'm ashamed to say I'm really scared to tell my OB no... I respect her opinion and knowledge, but she is kind of stern. She has already told me she would check me next appt at 37 weeks and I didn't indicate that I would refuse. Is anyone else thinking of refusing cervical checks, or is everyone else excited to know? How did your OB react when you refused?
