I’m about 4-5 weeks pregnant according to my blood test. Is it normal that last week I had sore boobs & this week I have no symptoms

I’m 5 weeks, my bestfriend is 9 weeks and I asked if it was normal to have my symptoms lessen but not completely go away. She said her doctor told her yes.
At 4 weeks it’s possible to feel implantation and get confused cause we’re having pms symptoms like sore breast, fatigue, mild cramping etc. I still have all of these things going on but it’s not a constant thing. I’ll randomly feel these things now. I’m on my second pregnancy btw so I hope this helped a little
