Anyone experience similar ?
I had a recent stay at the hospital & they gave me a 32 oz cup I love so I alternate between ice water and some Gatorade to help stay hydrated. Anywho when I go be it's a drizzle. Like I have no pee & it's pretty dark , yet I'm hydrated and I tested negative for a uti so I'm so confused. When I wipe it's very yellow .
Also I woke up this morning to ITCHY feet. I'm clean so that's not why , but they are so itchy. Any ideas.
