Feeling really conflicted

We’re in needing some extra income so I got offered a second shift position Monday -Friday at a job near my house . The hours would be 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Usually I’m a stay at home mom. But we have another baby on the way in November. I’m just conflicted on taking it because I don’t know how much time I would get with my three year old daughter. I would have the morning until 3:30 but idk. I’m also working on potty training her and if I’m not around to do it idk if it will get done . Is it even worth taking ? It’s 14$ an hour . And would only be until about six weeks before November 1 . I’m just conflicted . I want us to have an extra income , but I’m just worried my daughter will miss me.
