Most cramping on one side?

Is it normal to feel most cramping on one side and it NOT be an ectopic? I even feel like what was maybe implantation (very very momentary sharp pain that has not returned) was also on the right side (unless I lost track of time and it was actually ovulation I was feeling). I have no high risks for an ectopic, so I think maybe google is getting the best of me and my first pregnancy…
