How to apply my facial products?

OK I'm trying to invest more in my skin, moreso now that it's winter, super dry and I'm in my mid 30s.

I have a face cream (that's not as Moisturising as I thought it would be - hyaluronic acid and coconut oil). I have a nice serum and I've also not bought a face oil because my skin cannot handle this extreme cold and dry weather and it feel like a rock. I also have an eye cream.

I know I apply serum first then cream. But I'm not sure if I can use all three. Also I'm sure I use the oil first, leave it to absorb for a while, then apply cream. Right?
