37 weeks, have you experienced this?

I’m 37 weeks and have had a UTI since 31 weeks. I’ve been on antibiotics since 31 weeks due to my bladder not fully emptying resulting in my UTI not going away. I had absolutely no clue I had a UTI to begin with.

My question is have you experienced extreme tightness in your belly while peeing followed by an extremely sharp abdominal cramp that literally stops the process of urination? Sometimes it’s even in my back but it comes with so much pressure that it’ll feel like I have to poop. It goes away within 30-60 seconds and happens almost every time I use the restroom. This has been happening for 2 weeks at least. Once the pain is gone I am able to continue my bathroom break. I have a cervical check on Wednesday and plan to ask my doctor but does that sound UTI related or norma third trimester symptoms?
