Irregular Bleeding

I’ve did a abortion 3 weeks ago it hasn’t been 4 weeks yet. I went to the doctor two days ago to do a normal check up to see if everything was ok . She said everything is fine and cervix is good. I should get my period in 8 weeks . I’m not sure if this is my period but I’m having light bleeding again the same light bleeding I had when I was pregnant. Has this ever happened to anyone ?
