Baby suddenly waking more

My baby is 9 months old.

She was sleeping 8:30pm-8:00am with no wake ups in the middle of the night, unless she dropped her pacifier out of the crib then it was just to give it back to her and she’d fall right back to sleep.

Now she’s waking up at least once anywhere between 2:00am and 4:00am for a bottle, and wakes up at 7:00am.

No teeth, no nap changes.

What could be causing her to start waking up more?
